Non-Refundable Release Clause,Cancellation & Rescheduling.
All photo shoots are secured with a $75 deposit.
This deposit is strictly to secure your desired time slot ! All deposits are non refundable unless an inconvenience on the photographers end arises. In this case a full refund will be available to you or an option to move your session to another date.
Clients must cancel a minimum of 72 hours in advance to be able reschedule their shoot with the same deposit. Deposits can only be transferred & not refunded.
Same day cancellation up to 70 hours before your session will equate to you forfeiting your deposit as well as your time slot.
If your shoot is outdoors and the weather happens to inconvenience the desired theme you will be able to transfer your deposit to a different date.

What’s included in my session ?
All 1 hour photo shoots will receive 12 edited images. No raw images are provided for any sessions. All images that clients require to be re-edited will be charged as an additional photo for your session. Additional Photos for sessions are $8 per photo which includes retouching.

What happens with the extra raw photos ? 
All photos will be kept on a digital file up to 30 days after your shoot. If at any moment you decide you would like to purchase more images from your session you have a 30 day guaranteed time frame to do so. After 30 days there is no guarantee your digital images are still safely stored.

How will I receive my Gallery ?
All photos will be sent to you via _______ where you will be able to view your entire edited gallery and download your session.

What is the turn around time for photo shoots ? 
The turn around time is 1-2 weeks for most photo shoots such as professional head shots, birthday, boudoir, themed shoots. Some shoots may be received sooner than promised.
Corporate shoots will require 1-2 weeks to receive a full gallery. Some shoots may be received sooner than promised.
Weddings will require a 2-3 week turn around time for a full gallery. Some shoots may be received sooner than promised.
If needed photos to be rushed there will be an additional charge depending on the closeness of when your shoot is vs when you need your gallery back.

What if I want to do a brand deal photo shoot ? 
Upon consultation we will discuss what the brand is requiring of your specifics for this shoot. All sessions will still include the original pricing for edits/reedits & behind the scenes promo videos. Please note that the photographer owns copyrights to all photos taken.
Clients have permission to use any photos they have paid for personal or commercial use.

Model Release Clause. 
By signing this contract you have agreed to a model release that gives me permission to use all photos as I desire for my own business marketing materials or marketing portfolio. If you would like to buy copy rights to photos captured for your shoot the option is available which will give you 100% control of the photos you receive from your session which will cause all raw images to be stored and not made marketable for the photographer.

Artistic Release Clause. 
Anything this photographer photographs and edits will be edited in the photographers standard style or aesthetic that is published across all plate forms. The work that drew you in to want to book with this artist will be the same edited work you will receive. Dissatisfaction with the photographer’s artistic judgment will not be a valid reason for a refund.

Travel expenses.
All shoots that are not within my business zip code up to 30 minutes out will be charged as a travel fee. Travel fees will fluctuate depending on the distance of your desired shoot.

Comfortably Clause
If photographer feels uncomfortable or unsafe at any time of your shoot due to any reason, photographer has the right to leave the session on the spot to secure safety or foreseen problems that may arrive.
