Soak your nails in a bowl of very warm water, add oil and a few drops of dish soap into the water and let your nails soak for about 25 minutes. This will cause the glue to loosen on your nail beds so you can easily pop them off after soaking.

1. ALL FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS GET A FREE SIZING KIT ! But if you choose to get a pre made size to begin with for a faster process, here are a few tips.
2. If your nails are squeezing your nail beds and a bit painful, you should go up a size on that specific finger on your next purchase.
3. If your nails are laying over your cuticles you can file the sides down but you should go down a size for your next purchase.
4. For reusing nails, you can get the access glue off by buffing the bottom of the nail or getting a $10 drill on amazon and removing glue with drill for easier process.

FAQ'S & POLICIES

1. How do I know what size to order for Handmade sets?

a. If you are not sure about your size, and the best way to find your size is to check our nail sizing page & look at the average size nail beds of our customers if you still feel unsure of which size to go with, or you believe you are in between sizes we recommend ordering our 'Nail sizing kit' packs. The sample sizing kit have one of each size nail so you can find your perfect fit before ordering. Its better to wait 2/3 extra days for a nail sizing kit than to be disappointed if standard sizing does not fit you.

2. What type of nail adhesive shall I use and how long does it last?

Nail Glue- Can stay on for up to 1-2 weeks. Make sure to follow the correct nail prep process to insure long lasting wear.

Nail Adhesive tabs- Can stay on for up to 1-2 days. It's perfect way to wear it temporarily and easy to remove/ reusable!

*Try to use both together for the long lasting wear and to prevent from popping off by itself randomly.

3. Are your nails reusable?

Yes, our handmade nails are reusable if you take good care of them wearing and during removal process! If you prefer nail glue, we would suggest purchasing an inexpensive electric nail file so you can gently buff away any built up glue on the back of the nails to clean up before you reuse it.

4. What's your process time?

All nails are 100% custom, made to order! (except for the Ready-to-ship sets):

Ready to ship items: 1-3 days

Handmade nail sets: 7-10 days (Pls note this is only an estimated time, it can be changed due to current workload. Please be aware that your order may be shipped sooner but can certainly take longer as well.)

If you need it faster, we offer "Rush Order" option which will expedite your order to 1-3 days instead of 7-10 days. If you need it by certain date, please send us message to let us know!

5. What comes with my nail purchase?

Drazzy's Lab ! Every set includes a full prep kit. (A storage box, Nail file, cuticle pusher, alcohol wipe, nail buffer, adhesive nail tabs, How to apply & remove your press on nail sheet) We always recommend brush on nail glue for longer lasting wear but we understand nail glue varies in opinions so to each is own.

We ship all orders with USPS and ship from Colorado Springs. *Please note that process time does NOT include shipping time.

US Priority Mails- 1-3 days

International First Class Mails- 2-3 weeks

7. Cancellations & Returns?

We accept cancellations within 24 hrs of purchase IF your order has not been started. Any custom products CAN NOT be returned. Therefore you need to be certain that any slight variations occurring between the actual color, and the representation on our website, will be acceptable. Please be sure to order right size as we do not take any responsible if the wrong size nails are ordered.
